Make high-volume outbound calls to introduce the company’s cybersecurity solutions, including managed security services, endpoint protection, cloud security, vulnerability management, SIEM, SOC services, or related offerings. Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding the prospect’s business, security challenges, IT environment, budget, authority, need, and timeline. Schedule appointments, product demos, and discovery meetings for Pre Sales or Partner Alliance manager Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system. Build and nurture relationships with IT managers, CISOs, compliance leaders, and business decision-makers. Follow up consistently on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, events, and partner referrals. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs such as call volumes, qualified leads, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. Stay informed about cybersecurity trends, threat landscapes, and the company’s product portfolio to position solutions confidently. Work closely with marketing and field sales to improve outreach messaging and campaign effectiveness. Work Experience Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or business development. Previous experience in cybersecurity, IT solutions, SaaS, managed services, or technology sales is highly preferred. 1–3 years of experience in telesales, sales development, or inside sales. Experience selling cybersecurity products, MSP/MSSP services, software subscriptions, or other B2B technology solutions. Experience working with lead lists, cold calling, email cadences, and sales outreach tools. Exposure to B2B sales cycles involving appointment setting and handoff to account executives. Essential Technical Skills Ability to explain technical solutions in simple commercial terms. Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar systems. Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as phishing, ransomware, endpoint security, network security, compliance, or managed detection and response is an advantage.
