Partnering closely with global leadership, you will bridge the gap between presales and service delivery from crafting strategic "strawman" proposals to managing high-pressure technical operations, establishing client onboarding frameworks, and ensuring alignment with global compliance standards (like ISO 27001 and ITIL). The ideal candidate holds a PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification, possesses deep domain knowledge in SOC operations and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and is an exceptional communicator who can confidently translate technical roadmaps for both engineering teams and C-suite stakeholders. Requirements Essential Technical Skills: Possess Project/Program Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master. Expertise in project strategy, lifecycle management, and high-pressure execution environments. Mandatory hands-on mastery of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and Project tool for roadmap visualization.
