Job Role: As a Cybersecurity Intern, you will support the security team in monitoring systems, analyzing threats, researching vulnerabilities, and assisting with day-to-day cybersecurity operations. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to build practical experience in information security and learn from industry professionals. Key Responsibilities Assist in monitoring security alerts and events from various tools and platforms Support vulnerability assessments and basic security testing activities Help investigate suspicious activity and document findings Conduct research on emerging cyber threats, attack techniques, and security trends Assist with maintaining security documentation, reports, and incident records Support endpoint, network, cloud, or application security initiatives as needed Participate in security awareness, policy review, and compliance-related tasks Collaborate with team members on ongoing security projects and process improvements Requirements Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as malware, phishing, firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and access control Familiarity with networking fundamentals, operating systems, and common security tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good written and verbal communication skills Eagerness to learn and interest in building a career in cybersecurity Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
