Lead the expansion of our Microsoft Security Services portfolio within the SME and 2nd Tier Banking, Financial Services C Insurance (BFSI) segments by building, nurturing, and driving a robust partner ecosystem. This is a strategic indirect sales and alliances role focused on scaling revenue through channel partners (SIs, MSPs) and co-selling with Microsoft field teams to support cybersecurity transformation across mid-market and regulated financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have an alliance-building mindset, deep knowledge of Microsoft's security solutions, and a proven track record of enabling partners to sell compliance-aligned cybersecurity solutions. Requirements Essential Responsibilities Partner Recruitment & Management: Identify, onboard, and manage regional channel partners, System Integrators (SIs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to resell vCyberiz Microsoft Security services. Microsoft Co-Sell Alignment: Act as the primary liaison to Microsoft Partner Sales Managers, driving joint pipeline creation and maximizing Microsoft Co-sell program benefits. Partner Enablement: Conduct training, technical briefings, and sales workshops to equip partner sales teams with the ability to position vCyberiz services. GTM Strategy: Develop and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with partners targeting RMIT and MAS TRM-driven compliance requirements. Ecosystem Pipeline Management: Manage the indirect sales pipeline, track partner-led opportunities, and provide accurate forecasting aligned with channel KPIs. Presales & Deal Support: Support partners through the entire sales cycle, providing expertise on Statement of Work (SoW) development, proposals, and complex BFSI tender/RFP responses. Non-Technical Skills Strong partner-enabler and consultative mindset Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks: RMIT, MAS TRM, ISO 27001. Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills. Relevant certifications (preferred): Microsoft Security Sales Accreditation, MS-900, SC-900.
